Is Ashish Bhalla really involved in scams?

In this hustle-bustle of life, all we want is little peace and some quality time with our loved ones. But it seems like people today are getting everything in their lives except these two. And this is the reason why the world is sinking into this mental health disease called ‘depression’. The situation is getting worse with each day and we need to understand it deeply and look for immediate action to overcome it.
So what’s the solution to this biggest problem which the world is facing today? According to Mr. Ashish Bhalla, a known Psychologist- Depressed makes people feel helpless and we as a psychologist there to help them out to overcome it. There are so many things the concerned person can do from taking therapy to medication to healthy lifestyle changes. There are many effective treatments that can help you overcome depression, feel happy and hopeful again, and reclaim your life.
Be around your loved ones: This is the biggest treatment for any patient. The love and affection don’t let them feel alone and help them to fight and overcome it.
Go for Medication and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): Regular medication can help to deal with severe depression even as much as CBT.
Exercise and Yoga (Meditation): Start doing regular meditation and exercise as it temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. Regular exercise encourages the brain to rewire itself in positive ways.
Get into a routine: Try to indulge yourself in some activity and try to make it a routine. Depression takes away the basic structure of your life. One day melts into the next. Setting a gentle daily schedule can help you get back on track.
Start eating healthy: According to a recent study, better eating habits could lead to big reductions in depression. Eat colorful veggies and fruits. Include whole grains, legumes, healthy fats, and lean proteins, among other foods; and try to reduce heavily processed and sugary foods, as well as alcohol.
Get proper sleep: We can understand that it’s really difficult to shut-eye during the depression as it kills our sleep and we are always feeling anxiety. So try to get as much sleep as you can. Ashish Bhalla
